Once you are registered as a dropshipper,
you can view our dropship pricing online by logging into our drop ship password protected page. Click "Dropship
Login" link on the top of this page
In order to set up a drop ship account
with us, we require that you fill out a brief account set up form. If you are unable for some reason to use the form link
on this page, Please email us at customerservice@happypawsdaycare.com to request the form. Businesses in the US must provide their resale permit number/TID
After you have been approved, you will be given a password to access the drop ship login page.
To be a part of our dropship program, you will agree to
add at least 8 of our products for sale on your website within 30- days of becoming part of our dropship program.
Each time we receive an email copy of your order/packing slip for your dropship order , we will send
you an email with an invoice to pay us the drop ship price plus shipping via PayPal. PayPal is are only payment processor,
With PayPal you can use credit cards. Payment must be received before an order will ship, At this time we will only
be offering to drop ship to US confirmed shipping addresses. It is your responsibility to make sure that the address
you provide for us to dropship to is a confirmable address. We will not be responsible for lost or stolen mail. We will
ship all order USPS first class or priority mail confirmation delivery.
We
ship within 48-72 hours of receiving the order & cleared payment...via USPS First Class mail. Back ordered
items or large custom orders may be delayed. You will be notified if an item is on back order or there will be a delay.
Since all of our items are hand cut and sewn at the time orders are placed..you can offer them custom size by sending measurements
provided by your customer.
Shipping and handling for orders sent to US addresses is
a base charge of $6.00 for the first item and $0.50 for each additional, as a general rule...we will not charge you excessive
shipping, the $0.50 for each additional item may be less, depending on weight of order.
If you would like
to ship to other countries and or canada, contact us.. we may, but it will be rather pricey shipping, as we would only ship
priority or globel express.
Shipping and handling is charged
on all exchanges so please tell your customers to measure their dog carefully!
Returns:
We offer return for exchange only, return for
exchange must be pre-authorized. Items may be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase if they are in new condition
with original packaging. Items will not be accepted for return if they are soiled or have dog hair on them. All exchanges
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping will be charged for exchanges. We
do not offer exchange on custom made items or custom size items, " unless we have made a mistake in measurements or
a default in craftsmanship." in this instance A replacement item will be shipped out at no charge.
The following items are not exchangeable/non-refundable: Bikinis,
Panty's, Belly bands, custom made, custom sized. We will however work with you on custom size alterations if possible.
Fees may apply.
You may provide your customer with our shipping address
for exchanges and we will ship the exchange to them, provided all fees have been paid and an REA number has been issued. Items
received without an REA# will be refused.
