Shopping cart help
You can easily purchase products through our convenient online ordering process: - Click
"Add to Cart" to add a product to your shopping cart.
- View your shopping cart contents before final purchase
by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button. You may adjust the quantity or remove items from your order here as well.
- Some customers with different versions of internet explorer may experience the shopping cart poping open a window
asking you if you would like to close the window of the shopping cart? as you try and continue shopping, If this happens just
click yes, your cart and contents will still show up again as you add items to your cart. You can also just click the "
view cart button " on the lower left bottom of every page of our website.
- You can chose sizes and color or fabric
choices from the drop down menues
- If you would like to order free custom size, you simply order the closest size
to your pet and then either leave a message for us during check out with your pets measurements or follow your order up with
an email to us with your pets measurements. We are begining to add a place to include measurements right from the website,
some add to cart buttons have this option now.
- You may also substitute fabrics by looking at our fabrics page and
do the same as above, leave message with order or email us fabric changes.
- Your shopping cart
can be viewed at anytime by visiting any page on this website and clicking on the " View cart " button on the bottom
left side of every page.
After you review your shopping cart contents and click check out, you
will be taken to a secure paypal page, you may be asked to log into your paypal account, if you have a paypal account that
you want to use, you may do so, if you prefer to use a credit card or other payment option, scroll further down the page and
click on the option to use another payment method, you will be asked for your credit card information. This transaction is
completely secure.
For those who prefer mail order with check or money order via snail mail, we will be
adding a mail order form shortly, until then you can simply email us and we will send you an invoice for your order via email,
to use for snail mail order.
