HELP IN CARE FOR YOUR NEW HAPPYPAWSDAYCARE
GARMENTS CARE--The care and cleaning of your item will help extend its
lifetime and keep it looking as new and last longer.Garments with Velcro should be washed with the Velcro straps
closed. You can hand wash them with mild detergent, rinse,squeeze them dry between a towel and then lay flat to air dry.(
Simply shaking off the water from fleeces, they will air dry in only minutes.) All fleece fabrics can be machine
washed and dried, but turn garment inside out to help prevent fleece from "pilling" Some of our garments are
made with Anti pile fleece and are noted as such in their shopping cart ads. If it needs pressed with an iron..do so very carefully on a low heat settings be careful NOT to press the
Velcro, as it will melt. To keep Velcro nice and 'sticky', make sure to keep it cleaned out.. the
bristles of Velcro can be kept clean
with an old toothbrush, this will remove any fur, lint etc that accumulates. This accumulation
causes the Velcro to lose its ability to hold together. To wash Flannel, just machine or hand
wash and put in dryer for just a few minutes to let garment get 'steamed', then lay flat to dry. Iron on low
setting as needed. For longer wear of any of our hand
painted t-shirts, we recommend washing them inside out and letting them air dry. No garments are pre-washed and may shrink
if dried in a clothes dryer. Bandanas and hats , we recommend
hand cleaning with damp sponge & mild detergent. Simulated leathers, also damp sponge, air dry..use leather conditioner or household
Vaseline to keep them soft and shiny. Sweaters and garments with marabou trim..Hand wash air dry. If your garment is recommended dry clean only,
instructions will be included with your garment. ~Faux
Fur~ Faux fur can be washed in water with mild detergent and then line dried. Please never put faux
fur in the dryer or anywhere near heat. It could actually melt the fabric hairs. Our garments sizes do not compare to the sizes of pet clothes mass produced manufatured in china, like those
sold in walmart, target , pet smart and so on... so please do not order by sizes purchased in stores. Our products are our
own design petterns and sizes SPECIAL ORDER REQUESTS I do take special orders. Please note the size references on each item.
If your dogs size is not listed, like that shown for the garment.E-mail your measurements. Lana@happypawsdaycare.com. You simply order the closest size shown to your pets measurements...If
your dog has unique measurements--extra long legs or extra wide chest, I do not charge any additional fee for pattern alterations.Provided
you have ordered the closest size and have emailed measurements. NOTE* Everyone who checks out using our paypal shopping
carts, will be given the option to provide a message to seller " US " you can provide measurements or garment
fabric substitutions in this message area. If for some reason you miss this message area? Simply email us and we will
confirm via email that we have received your instructions.. HappyPawsDaycare will be more
than happy to make up items using fabric that you provide us with, generally thou the items will be the
same price. Reason being, we still have notions, backing and time in labor invested.. Labor invested being
a large portion of the costs. At times at our discretion , we may offer a discount on the fabric you
provided.. This will never be more then we could have purchased the fabric for and have a maximum limit of $20.00. Normally shipping charges will be deducted from total, when you provide the fabric.
Please email Prior to sending, so we can be sure the type of fabric is suitable for the item you wish to order. Also we will be glad to add anything you would like to a specific item such as ribbons, lace
or special trims at a small additional charge. You would again just specify in a message during check out. If we can
accommodate your additions, we will confirm via email and send you an invoice for the added charges.

INFORMATION Normally an order for one or two
items , you will receive it within 10-14 days. If it
is going to be any longer , we will contact you by email. *
With the exception of Holidays * Please read about holidays
below. Please note that some orders placed may take from 2
to 3 weeks to complete depending on the number of item ordered per customer. We do our
best to get them out to you in a timely manner, but if there are several large orders placed in a small amount of time, We
ask for your patience. All of our items are offered sewn to specific measurements...and that does take
extra time. Thank you for your understanding. PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL APPLY TO
OUT OF COUNTRY ORDERS!! We will contact you with the total shipping amount after you have placed your
order showing us where the items will be shipped. Thank You! UpDate: Some countrys we cannot ship too,please contact us by email prior to placing an order.We will ship global
priority to canada, however we will not be responsible for lost,stolen or never received mail.You may pay extra for Global
express or Insurance. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION HOLIDAYS especially may take
up to 3-weeks, again you will be emailed if it looks as if your order will take longer then the max for that time period.

Happy Paws ships via USPS. orders shipped from the lower continous 48 states will be shipped united states postal service. Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii, as well as international orders, may require an extra shipping charge. In this event Happy Paws will contact you. Orders over $40.00 are shipped priority confirmed mail wich dilivers in 2-3 business days in most cases.Because we ship Delivery
confirmation, We do not provide Insurance.You may request Insurance be added. We are not responsible for Lost or stollen mail.
If you would like signiture delivery of your order, Please email us after you have placed your order.Note*
If you provide us with an unconfirmed shipping address, we may send your order signiture delivery, If your package is
unclaimed and returned to us, you will owe us shipping charges. Your refund will be processed minus shipping and
any other fees we are charged for processing your order. Most normal delivery time is 10-14 days for your order to arrive ." Pre-Halloween and Christmas up to 14 days.-3 weeks" Read more about delivery times above. Items may be shipped
overnight, for an extra shipping charge.

Return Policy is exchange only, no refunds. Please
read below for instruction on how to make an exchange and our policy rules. RETURNS for
EXCHANGE / ALTERATIONS For customers who use credit cards with Paypal via our shopping carts. You are offered the option
of a buyer money back guarantee, for a very small fee. You also have other resources available to you thru paypal. Paypal
is our Only payment processor. Please be sure to read over their information while checking out. Due to the custom nature of our clothing,
We have an exchange only policy on off the rack items.( With the exclusion of dog panty's,belly bands,bikinis,swim suits and
Halloween Costumes, )these items are non-returnable. Off the rack, means you did not provide measurements for your pet.. Off the rack items must be returned
within 21- days of purchase and must have been issued an REA#. Off the rack items must be in clean un used condition,
returns with an REA# will be exchanged minus shipping fees. ( Customer is responsible for all shipping charges ) A Re
stocking/Shipping fee of $6.00 will be charged and must be paid prior to our issuing you an REA#. Most often on orders that
were 4 items or less, the $6.00 fee will cover all shipping. On larger orders their will be added shipping costs due by customer
to cover the return of your exchange. You must email Customerservice@happypawsdaycare.com for an REA# Your return for exchange must be able to be made within 21-days
of purchase. Orders returned with out prior authorization and/or past the allotted time, will be refused and returned
to sender. Please include in your
return for exchange, what item(s) you wish to exchange for If you do not provide us this information, the offer for exchange will be void after 30-days. No refund or exchange
will be offered..Only one return for exchange is offered. Shipping address for return for exchange: Address will
be provided to you with your REA# Alterations are available.See more below. Costumes, Panty's ,belly bands,swim
suits are not returnable or refundable. Please take advantage of all the helpful information on sizing and how to measure your pet. There are no refunds or Exchanges on garments
custom made/one of a kind designs. Alterations.
We will offer alterations service for up to 21-days
from the original order date. If alterations are possible to be made. Contact us via email and we will let you know if it
is possible to alter your items. A price quote will be given upon our receiving measurements needed to alter items too. Customer
is resposible for all shipping fees, all alteration fees must be paid prior to issue of an REA# In the instance that we have made a mistake in measuring in making
your garment , we will pay for shipping for the return of that garment and replace it with a new one in the correct measurements. Always email prior to any type of Return for alterations
needed.You must first be issued an REA# with out a REA# the package will be refused and shipped back to sender. Our customers and their pets are very important
